RETURN POLICY

Cancellations & Return Policy

Returns must be received within 14 days of sale. Items must be in unworn and in original packaging as shipped. 

All engraved, custom, and pre-loved pieces are final sale. Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits. All return shipments must be shipped back and insured for the full dollar amount.

Repair Warranty

Le Depot Dore will repair your pieces within one year of purchase at no additional cost to the customer. However, we reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage before making that call. Beyond the warranty date we would be happy to repair your Le Depot Dore Jewelry for a charge.
